  7. This disk contains the following files necessary to install the EIZO VGA
  8. Microsoft Windows 3.0 driver using Windows 3.0 SETUP utility.
  9.  
  10.     EIZOVGA            --> File used as a check by the Windows SETUP
  11.                     program for disk validity.
  12.  
  13.     README            --> This documentation file
  14.  
  15.     OEMSETUP.INF        --> The file which the Windows SETUP program
  16.                     uses to install the Windows 3.0 drivers
  17.                     for EIZO VGA
  18.  
  19.     EWINB07.DRV        --> The Windows 3.0 driver for EIZO MD-B07
  20.                     ( 800 x 600 pixels, 16 colors )

  22.     EWIN600.DRV        --> The Windows 3.0 driver for EIZO MD-B10
  23.                     ( 800 x 600 pixels, 16 colors )

  25.     EWIN768.DRV        --> The Windows 3.0 driver for EIZO MD-B10

  36. To install the Windows 3.0 driver for EIZO VGA you must do the following:
  37.  
  38.   1 - If you have already installed Windows 3.0 for another device...
  39.     a) Make sure you are not running Windows.
  40.     b) Execute the SETUP program which Windows installs into your Windows
  41.          installation directory (default is C:\WINDOWS).
  42.     c) When prompted by SETUP for a display device page, down to the OTHER
  43.          selection and choose OTHER.
  44.     d) When prompted, insert your Windows 3.0 Driver for EIZO VGA floppy
  45.          into drive A and press ENTER.
  46.     e) You will see that you may install a EIZO VGA driver.
  47.          Choose one of the drivers appropriate for your display system
  48.          and press ENTER.
  49.     f) You may be prompted to insert floppy disks from the Windows 3.0
  50.          disks -- make sure that these disks are available.
  51.     g) When SETUP is finished you can run Windows 3.0 using the following
  52.          command.
  53.         WIN /R <ENTER>    --> Windows run on REAL MODE
  54.         WIN /S <ENTER>    --> Windows run on STANDARD (286 PROTECT) MODE
  55.         WIN /3 <ENTER>    --> Windows run on 386 ENHANCED MODE

  57.   2 - If you have not yet installed Windows 3.0 on your machine...
  58.     a) Follow the instructions provided by Microsoft for installing
  59.          Windows 3.0 on your system.
  60.     b) When prompted by SETUP for a display device page, down to the OTHER
  61.          selection and choose OTHER.
  62.     c) When prompted, insert your Windows 3.0 Driver for EIZO VGA floppy
  63.          into drive A and press ENTER.
  64.     d) You will see that you may install the EIZO VGA drivers.
  65.          Choose one of the drivers appropriate for your display system
  66.          and press ENTER.
  67.     e) Continue with the remainder of the Windows 3.0 installation
  68.          procedure.
  69.     f) When SETUP is finished you can run Windows 3.0 using the following
  70.          command.
  71.        WIN /R <ENTER>    --> Windows run on REAL MODE
  72.        WIN /S <ENTER>    --> Windows run on STANDERD (286 PROTECT) MODE
  73.        WIN /3 <ENTER>    --> Windows run on 386 ENHANCED MODE

  77. When using MS-Windows 80386 protect mode with the Eizo VGA Windows 3.0 driver,
  78. you must edit the standard MS-Windows SYSTEM.INI configuration file and
  79. add the following lines to the file:
